Loganville Dance Theatre is a premiere ballet and contemporary dance company committed to artistic excellence and meaningful storytelling. Dancer level is at the discretion of the staff. In consideration of allowing the dancer to participate, I hereby assume all risk associated with participation in dance and agree to hold Loganville Dance Theatre and their employees and agents harmless from any and all liability, cause of action, debts, claims, or demands of any nature whatsoever which may arise in connection with the dancer's participation in any activities related to the dance field, whether they are direct or indirect. I am aware that dance training carries the minor risk of injury. On behalf of myself or my dancer, I assume the risk and agree that Loganville Dance Theatre shall not be liable in any way.
