Adult Ballet
Adult Ballet classes provide a supportive environment for dancers of all experience levels—from beginners to those returning to dance. Classes focus on building strength, flexibility, and proper alignment while developing classical technique through barre, center work, and across-the-floor combinations. Adult Ballet is a wonderful way to improve posture, coordination, and overall body awareness, all while enjoying the artistry and grace of classical ballet.
Adult Modern/Contemporary
Adult Modern/Contemporary classes explore fluid and expressive movement through a variety of styles and techniques. Classes challenge dancers to connect with the music and their own bodies, emphasizing strength, flexibility, and emotional expression. Whether new to modern dance or continuing previous training, students will develop creativity, musicality, and a deeper understanding of movement as an expressive art form.
Adult Tap
Adult Tap classes focus on developing rhythm, timing, and coordination while having fun with energetic footwork. Classes introduce foundational steps and progress to more complex combinations, helping dancers build musicality, confidence, and performance skills. Tap is a great way to combine technique, cardio, and creativity in a lively and supportive environment.
Adult Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT)
Adult PBT classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness through targeted exercises that complement traditional ballet training. Using tools like stability balls and resistance bands, PBT focuses on core stability, alignment, and muscle engagement—essential for executing movements with control and precision. Classes are appropriate for all levels and include a monthly stretch-focused session to enhance flexibility, release tension, and support recovery. PBT helps dancers refine technique, prevent injury, and build a solid foundation for ballet and other dance styles.
